On-site Technician Service

EAC Network Solutions technicians can operate a regular on-site technician service at your school or organisation, from half a day per fortnight to 1 or 2 days per week, our technicians can work on-site as your IT department, undertaking a whole range of IT tasks, such as:

Maintaining Printers & ink’s/toner’s
Relocating IT Kit
Setup new equipment
Install/manage software
Problem troubleshooting and resolution
One 2 one software training

If you don’t have enough work to employ a full or even part-time IT technician, but still need help with on-site IT requirements, a regular EAC technician may be the answer to the problem.
