Network and Server Support Service
EAC Network Solutions provide network & server support too many of our customers, each of our customers are different, as are their support requirements, therefore we tailor each of our support contracts to suit the individual customer. All of our contracts are however unlimited in terms of the number of calls that can be logged, and unlimited in the amount of time provided to each customer to resolve any logged calls by email, telephone, and through the use of remote support tools. Onsite engineer time is taken from a pre-defined pool of engineering days/hours, which can be used for support and project work as required, and simply topped up, or carried over as required.
