Enhanced Bradford Networks Support Service
EAC Network Solutions provide enhanced Bradford Networks support services, which is aimed at not only supporting the Bradford Network Access Control solution but integrating it into the customer’s network, which also includes our support to help customers with Bradford Networks plan for changes to their network environment. All of our enhanced support contracts are unlimited in terms of the number of calls that can be logged, and unlimited in the amount of time provided to each customer to resolve any logged calls by email, telephone, and through the use of remote support tools.
Onsite engineer time is taken from a pre-defined pool of engineering days/hours, which can be used for support and project work as required, and simply topped up, or carried over as required.
Network & Server Support covers customers for IT problems such as:
- Reactive support for Bradford networks related problems
- Installation of patches, updates
- IT Consultancy
- Plan and implement network changes
