Do I still need Vendor Support?

A common misconception is that EAC Network Solutions support contracts include support from product vendors, when the products have been purchased from EAC, this is not the case typically. The support provided by EAC Network Solutions, is to bridge the gap between the Vendor (Product Specific) support, and the deployed configuration, including any integration with your other network infrastructure / systems. So in most cases both EAC and Vendor support contracts are required.
Vendor Specific support also typically includes your entitlement to software or firmware upgrades, and extended hardware warranty (where appropriate). EAC Network Solutions strongly recommend maintaining vendor specific support for any “Key” products.

Where can I buy the Vendors Extended Support?

EAC Network Solutions can supply you with your vendor specific support/maintenance renewals, not only that, we will add the renewal dates for your vendor support contracts to our schedules, and contact you 90 days before they are due to expire to arrange ongoing renewal or cancellation.
